Forest-Guard (Lennox-Gastaut) syndrome: what is the treatment?

This disease is a refractory epilepsy in children, there is no certain treatment on current clinical programmes, individual valproate monotherapy in patients with acid that is effective, but most still take use of valproate and Clonazepam, non-urethane or Clobazam monotherapy or as a secondary drug together with other antiepileptic drugs. On the case, as these medications are not valid, you can try ketogenic diet (that is, food containing fat and more protein and less carbohydrates).
