Marriage of legal aid

The applicant applied for legal aid, in addition to complete the application form should also submit the following materials:
1. the identity card or other valid identification;

2. proof of family economic hardship;

3. with this case and the fact that evidence material to protect their legitimate rights and interests in need of legal help:

(1) cases that have been placed, shall submit the notice of hearing the case and with an indictment or defence;

(2) a marriage certificate;

(3) grounds for divorce (or is not grounds for divorce) facts;

(4) dependent child accounts prove;

(5) the need for dividing marital property (including houses, deposits, securities) proof of property ownership;

(6) need compensation you may need to provide the person\'s faults and damage to their relevant evidence;

(7) legal aid authority considers it necessary to submit other relevant material.

1. How do I apply for divorce?

(1) divorce, there are two ways, one is divorce, divorce is a lawsuit.

(2) the couple divorce, women and men should be put on my residence booklet, identity cards, marriage certificates and divorce agreement signed by the parties together to a party to the marriage registration office of the permanent place of household registration and undergoing divorce proceedings. The divorce agreement shall set forth the intention of the parties divorce and child support, property and liabilities of handling matters of consensus opinion. (3) both men and women divorce agreement is reached, or belong to a party without or with limited civil capacity person or their marriages are not handled in mainland China, the parties to divorce, must be the people\'s Court, by the people\'s Court for divorce.
